We’re committed to your satisfaction with our products, and that’s why we have the following returns policy in place.

Non-Faulty Returns

If you wish to return a product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it within 14 days of you receiving the product and issue a refund under these conditions:

  1. The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged state.
  2. Refunds will only be issued after we’ve received the returned product.
  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. The refund will only include the cost of the product, not the shipping fees.
  5. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for non-faulty teas because they are perishable.
  6. We won’t refund any customs or sales tax charged by your local authorities.

Faulty Returns

If you suspect a product is faulty or if a product shows a fault within 60 days of purchase, please inform us immediately. We’ll review the situation to confirm if the product is faulty. If we acknowledge a fault, we’ll issue a replacement or refund, given these conditions:

  1. The product fault must be reported within 60 days of receiving the product.
  2. We’ll need to verify the fault or damage before issuing any refunds, which may require photographs for verification.
  3. If we need the product returned, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  4. We’ll either replace the product with free shipping or refund the product’s cost and its shipping charge. If the product was shipped with other items, the shipping refund will be proportional.

If the shipping cost for a replacement is more than the product’s cost, we may choose to issue a credit/refund instead or offer to ship a replacement with your next order.

Refused Delivery

We can’t control or assume responsibility for local import taxes, sales taxes, and customs duties levied by your destination country. If you reject the delivery due to these charges or for any other reason, our returns policy is as follows:

Once we receive the returned goods, we’ll refund the cost of the goods, less a 25% restocking fee. We don’t refund shipping costs. We also reserve the right to deduct the following from your refund:

  1. If the order was shipped for free, we’ll deduct the original shipping charges from the refund.
  2. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  3. The value of any damaged goods will be deducted from the refund.

Incorrect Orders

If we mistakenly send you the wrong product or if an item is missing then please email us within 14 days and we will either refund/credit you or dispatch the correct product immediately with free shipping. If we require a return of the incorrect product then we will pay for the return shipping.

Should the cost of shipping the missing item exceed the cost of the goods itself, we reserve the right to issue a credit/refund instead, or will offer to ship a replacement item with your next order.
